A very quick and easy snack can be prepared for
breakfast. As a snack for lunch and dinner. On the other hand, so snack on
nature. Sausage can use any of your choice. Instead, you can put mushrooms
marinated cucumbers or peppers. In general, we collect lavish from what is at
hand.
Ingredients
- Pita - Two pcs.
- Cream cheese ("Amber") - 100 g
- Mushrooms (pickled) - 100 g
- Dutch cheese - 200 g
- Sausage (cooked and smoked) - 200 g
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp. l.
- Vegetable oil (for frying) - 80 ml
Preparation
Sausage cut into strips. Mushrooms cut into small
cubes. Sour cream and stir until syrkovoy mass uniformity. Lubricate the creamy
mass syrkovoy pita. Put the sausage, mushrooms and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Close pita roll into a thin layer and cut into pieces a la carte. Fry the pita
bread on a hot pan with vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown. Put
fried pita bread in a single layer on a napkin or paper towel to absorb excess
oil and we serve at the table.
